'Spirited Music, with an Irish Flair!' An Irish folk music band, our name comes from the famous Claddagh ring, worn by people for over 400 years, which symbolizes friendship, loyalty and love. The band incorporates these virtues into their songs, with the added virtue of rollicking fun. The three musicians George Reese, Dan Ryan, and Jim Greene have been friends for many years and have an easy-going style which invites the audience to relax and sing along. Claddagh has performed at many venues in and around Southern California, including: The Wilshire, Los Angeles, and Annandale country clubs, the Ventura County Fair, the Grand National and Santa Barbara Irish Festivals, the Topanga Banjo Fiddle Contest and many more. Along with our beloved Irish songs, we also perform songs from many other places as well as original compositions.
